Use of mrow in second to last example

I was doing the rest of the examples to get myself familiar with Firemath but it took me quite some time to figure out why the integral sign in second to last example is so large. It's because I didn't use an mrow to enclose the integral term.

It would be nice to write this out for people who are not really expert in MathML.
